Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

If you wish to return any goods, you must contact Threads & More within 7 days of receipt. Patterns, books, magazines, gift vouchers & sale items will not be refunded or exchanged, so please select carefully. Exchange or store credit will be given items returned unopened & in original condition (ie: tools & notions, knitting needles & crochet hooks). All associated postage costs will be at the customers expense, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In this instance, Threads & More will pay the return shipping costs.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your “returns” status once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

For all orders shipped within Australia, if you spend over $100, your shipping will be free! 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping options we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram.

Please note that Threads & More does not cover goods lost or damaged in transit. 

Orders

Orders placed on any business day before 12 noon (EST time) will normally be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on any business day after 12 noon, or on weekends, or public holidays will be processed and sent the next working day.  

If your order has been paid via direct debit, your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as payment has been confirmed.

Delivery times are dependent on your location and postal option selected.  All mail will be sent with Australia Post Regular Parcel Post or Express Post. Please note that not all domestic destinations are part of the Express Post guaranteed network (to receive next day delivery), please refer to www.auspost.com.au for information on the delivery standards of Australia Post.
